In Equation Poetry, Radoslav Rochallyi uses equations and symbols as painterly material. He starts from fragments that suggest order and clarity. Then the structure loosens. The fragments expand into fields of gestures, traces, and recurring signs. The surface becomes a score. It can be read, but it also has to be felt. The works do not illustrate mathematics. They use mathematical language as a method of attention. A symbol can act like a rule, and a rule can act like emotion. What looks precise can become intimate.
What looks spontaneous can be a system. The paintings keep moving between control and release, between statement and doubt, until the viewer finds their own tempo of reading.
